Videoleap took money from my account via a subscription linked to an Apple Hide My Email address. Because the email was hidden, it wasn’t obvious which account the charges related to, and I didn’t spot it in time. This is a lack of transparency and makes managing or cancelling subscriptions unnecessarily difficult.

Es una buena aplicación llevaba más de 5 años usándola, de repente sin previo aviso me han estado cobrando 44,99€ al més, y su support no es capaz de contestarte. Recomiendo otras de igual calidad sin equivocaciones en los cobros. Prueba Beat o CapCut van fuertes!

Total con artists I signed up for the free trial and cancelled well within the time constraints yet this company has still managed to take £69.99 out of my account today

Signed up for a free trail, tried to take X2 yearly transactions out of my bank even though I cancelled my subscription the same day. Emailed them three times and just getting generic responses. FRAUD

They charge my card for a year subscription even though I cancelled subscription and never subscribed yearly. Now they are not answering to my emails even to say something just sending generic responses. Do not subscribe for a free trial.
