I never write reviews, but Video and Audio Center earned this one. The TV I ordered arrived broken — the kind of thing that usually turns into a week of phone calls and arguing about who's responsible. Instead, they picked up the damaged set and delivered a new one, no hassle, no pushback, no making me prove anything. They just fixed it. What stood out wasn't only that they made it right, it was how easy they made it. Everyone I dealt with was straightforward and actually helpful, and they went further than what I asked for. That's rare enough that it's worth saying out loud. If you're deciding where to buy, buy from people who stand behind what they sell. I'd go back without hesitating!!
