I bought a TV from this seller on Amazon. It did not get to me when it was supposed to be delivered so I tried to cancel it because I was going out of town and wouldn't be there to receive. I could not cancel because the order had already been shipped but was told not to worry because it needed to be signed for if I was not there they would automatically return it to the seller. I came home a week later to find they had dropped the 55" TV on my doorstep and it had been sitting outside for almost a week. Neither Amazon nor the seller would reimburse me for th $200 it cost me to have it picked up and returned. And the process of going thru all of this cost me so much time and emotional distress.

I purchased a brand-new $4,000 television from this seller, and it arrived defective. Due to installation timing, I was unable to mount and test the TV until after the standard 30-day return window had closed. I reasonably assumed a brand-new, premium television would work out of the box. Instead of standing behind a high-ticket item, their customer service refused to offer any help, exchange, or support, hiding behind Amazon's minimum 30-day policy. It is unacceptable for a company to offer zero support on a defective $4,000 electronics purchase. Do not risk your money with this horrible seller.
