I am on a friend’s business acct. We put in for an upgrade on-line and picked the Victra San Ramon CA store for pick up. I made sure we checked the box requesting support for the downloads/switch over. Musfasa greeted us and got the phone. As it was all ordered on-line he couldn’t see everything. My friend was able to get him the info on her acct and he was OK giving me the phone. He even helped with the downloading. He was very polite, very respectful, very helpful in every way. I never felt he was rushing us out of the store. He gave great customer service. I’m sorry the other stores/employees don’t have his work ethic.

I recently visited the Verizon Victra store on Calvine to see if my contacts could be transferred from my old Samsung to my new iPhone. Larry was incredibly helpful—he said he’d give it a try, and within just five minutes, he had successfully transferred everything! He truly saved me from the tedious task of entering each contact manually. In the past, I didn’t feel satisfied visiting this store due to the previous staff and management. However, with the new team and management, the experience has completely changed! The staff is now kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help, making every visit comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and a positive experience. I hope more people shop here and get to enjoy the same level of care and professionalism.

I just recently upgraded my phone and watch. Kodi was extremely helpful and got everything set up for me. Another reason this is my favorite store to shop!!
