I am extremely disappointed with the customer service or lack there of from Ivan on Sunday at this store. I walked in with a few issues with our phones & service. I asked if anyone was able to help me. The other guy that was there pointed towards "Ivan" for me to go to him. As I am standing in front of him, he is playing on his personal phone taking pictures of his tablet that is also in front of him. He refused to provide eye contact to me, the customer. I asked for help, he told me to contact technical support. I came to store for help, not help over the phone. Then I brought up another issue. He told me to go to Apple store. I decided to walk out and said i would go to another service provider, he replied ok, that's fine. We have been with Verizon over 10 years & the amount of disrespect from Ivan sickened me. Please try to hire people with a little more compassion to the customers. It disgusts me he treats people this way.

ALEX GM KICKED ME OUT OF MY STORE
Thursday September 24th I went to the Victra store on 2nd South. The young man who helped me promised to check out my question & I was to come back Friday for my answer. Friday afternoon when I went back the young man was not in. General Manager Alex began to help me. I felt I had not explained my problem clearly so he could understand me. His attitude appeared to me quite brusque, and not really interested in helping me. After my second attempt, I asked Alex to give my young man a message requesting him to contact me when he returned. Alex refused, again he gave me the clear impression he was not interested in helping me. After listening to his increasingly disturbing attitude I asked Alex if he would listen for one minute while I compared his brusque, uncaring attitude to the helpfulness exhibited by the young people who had helped me at Victra for the last 25 years. Alex interrupted me, ordering me out of his store. I asked again. He walked around the counter, headed toward the door ordering me out. As I followed him I called him an idiot. This experience left a much different impression about Victra than any I’ve had over many years at 2nd East

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience
On Wednesday, August 12, I had the misfortune of being referred to the Victra Verizon Store in Lewes, Delaware, for assistance with transferring my cell service to Verizon.
Upon entering the store, the male representatives were occupied assisting other customers, while the available female representative barely acknowledged me. I explained that I had been referred by another Verizon representative who had attempted to assist me by telephone. Rather than reviewing the notes or making an effort to understand the situation, the Victra representative immediately presented one objection after another, stating, “You will need to pay $30, regardless of what the other agent said,” and that it would take 24–48 hours for my phone to be unlocked or I would need to purchase another phone.
Rather than continue an unproductive interaction, I left the store, contacted my previous cell provider to verify that the transfer had been completed, and proceeded to the Verizon location in Rehoboth Beach.
My experience there was completely different. Alex of TCC welcomed me warmly, explained that he would assist me as soon as he finished helping another customer, and then provided exceptional customer service. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue, remained patient and professional, and ensured that my service was fully activated before allowing me to leave the store.
I also want to recognize the Verizon telephone representative I initially spoke with, who followed up with me the following day to ensure that my phone service had been successfully activated. That follow-through was greatly appreciated.
Alex and the telephone representative demonstrated what genuine customer care looks like—professionalism, patience, accountability, and a sincere commitment to resolving the customer’s issue. Although my initial experience at the Victra store was extremely disappointing, the exceptional service I received from Alex and the telephone representative restored my confidence in Verizon’s commitment to its customers.

Double set up fee $40x2
I went there on 4/3/26 10:45 am to transfer 5 lines and 2 watches fr ATT to Verizon. I was not informed at this Victoria store that in addition to the Set Up & Go fee of $40 per line and $29.99 per watch that I would also be charged $40 per line by Verizon. This is a rip off bec when I left Victra I had no phone service and was told by Rainy I had to wait for 24 hrs for the transfer to be complete. It took a while for the other 4 phones to figure out what they had to do to get connected. By email/wifi, we were able to communicate to the 4 others in different island and states. My phone still could not get or send calls. I could text thru my home WiFi connection. I returned to the Victra store on 4/4/26 and didn’t 30 min with Amanda. It appeared all was good. By Sunday 4/5/26 1:00 pm, I got disconnected while on the phone and could no longer receive or send a phone call. So of course had to return to the store again today 4/6/26. Roz had to call Verizon and tell them to expedite the processing bec my line was still in “in progress” mode in the port. I hope this works bec I will be traveling tomorrow and need to have service. Somehow the staff are not knowledgeable and straight forward. Before they start any any transaction, they need to inform the customer that they will be charged $40 per line by Verizon and $40 per line for Set Up & Go service by the Victra store rep. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I suggest those who want Verizon service to call Verizon to set up or do whatever is needed to open a new account or do it yourself online.

Dont use a Victra store
Dont use a Victra store. I went in to get an iPhone for work and was lied too. I was told the transfer would bring over all apps and text threads which it did not. I then was stuck trying to get through my morning or work with no information on the new phone wasting my time. I then had to go to a different store to get my number put back on my old phone wasting another hour of my time. Once I get back to this store to get rid of the phone i was lied to about, I ended up having to pay $90 dollars in restocking fees. Had the phone 24 hours and wasted my time with Verizon for 4 hours of that time. There isnt any customer service anymore when you can lie to a customer then charge them

VICTRA (Sketchy and Unprofessional) Verizion Stores
Shannon is an Utterly Unprofessional General Manager whose been with the Company for barely a year and Has No clue or idea what she's is doing as a Manager (She's a sales rep/nothing more then).
Nick (District) and Brian Novella (Small Business Manager) are Racist Assholes, the Fact I was asked by a Guest WHY Managment is having full blown conversation in front of the Guest in Spanish. The Guest felt Uncomfortable with the Fact, when I brought it up to Managment I was Wrongly Fired for being a Racist apparently.
If You go to Victra Companies, do NOT be suprised if your account has Multiple Add ons to your account without the Guests Knowledge. They DO NOT properly do a view together when going over contracts, they just sign for you and NEVER inform you. I worked for this company for a Half year and they are the Definition of Sketchy and unprofessional.
Nick the District told me to sign the Guest up for Verizion Home Internet (Numerous occasions), Even though the System Omoni Clearly stated we did not cover their area and could NOT provide coverage in their area, this has happened with Numerous accounts. Nick or Shannon would TELL me to give them the guests #, have me give them access into the account from their phone and to do the View together from my phone And to just send them IMEI of the VHI box and they would just added to their account. ALL BECAUSE Victra wanted to get a Verizion Home Internet Out (No integrity What so EVER).
Oh AND they Fired me a week before my Grandpa's Funeral (November 1st) which they Knew about on my Hiring Date when I started with this company. Real POS, they didnt pay out any of my Leave as well
