From the minute I called Victory Tax Solutions I knew they cared about me and my issue. They took their time with me from the initial phone call and tailored that to how to help me. The attorney contacted me and took his time with me as well. Once they had all the information they needed, they made it convientent for me to submit my paperwork. After that they stayed in touch with me through the whole process and I’m not talking about automated emails, it was a personal phone call with updates. This company really cares about helping people and I would go through the process all over again with them because they made it easy for me!! They were really able to reduce my debt by 10s of thousands just like the commercial says.... Don’t use anyone else but Victory Tax Solutions!!!!

Thanks to Erick, Starla and Joshua I can now move on with my life. I first called Victory in 2014 Erick helped me get on an installment agreement. Then in January of 2017 the IRS quit withdrawing my payments. I called Erick and by March we started the OIC process. The IRS just accepted my OIC now I feel like the world was just lifted off of my shoulders. WHAT A RELIEF!!! The process was a long and sometimes frustrating one but with Victory you are in very professional capable and compassionate hands. I highly recommend VTS to deal with your tax needs. I can't thank VTS enough!!!

Brent was very timely with getting back with us whenever we had concerns and answered all are questions thoroughly. He was the “middle man” for us & we loved not having to contact the IRS or send them documents directly.

I was at a very low time in my life, mother passed away when the IRS decided to collect past taxes from 2006. Mike Erickson has been one of the most professional caring person I have ever met. With the help of Lloyd they made my life better and solved my challenges with the IRS. I would highly recommend them to help solve any problem wth your taxes.
