I had a business that was dissolved with no debts other than taxes owed. Despite the business being closed, taxes remained due with no income to cover the payments. I was informed that this situation could be resolved, and was referred by a Christian radio station for their tax services. I paid $1,500 to “start” the case and an additional $3,500 to “complete” it. However, the IRS continues to send me notices, and the tax amount has now increased by 3.6 times the original sum. In 2024, I spoke with Lyle, who mentioned that my case needed to be resubmitted. I informed him that I could not afford to pay the filing fee’s all over again to which he assured me that there would not be any additional charges. He then asked if I was ready to “re-open” the case as uncollectible. After I confirmed, I was charged $300 + amount to re-submit my case as uncollectible. A few months went by and I received letters from the IRS. I called the company which advised me they had merged with another company to provide better Service. After asking for an update on my case Joseph Holt told me He has been trying to reach me. I advised Him there are no voicemails and that Any business that cannot connect with me leaves a voicemail which is a standard business practice in America. So I asked again what’s the status of my case, He only said that the case is pending, and then I had to pay a lot more inferring that the case was waiting on me to pay before they resumed the case. I Advised him of my previous conversation with Lyle and asked him to connect with Lyle and get in touch with me for an update about additional charges to reopen the account. So I said all right let’s submit my taxes, but He told me he has no tax information on my account despite the company holding power of attorney and receiving all my tax documents since 2021. I stopped there and asked him to check in with Lyle and get back to me before I pay any more money. I’m starting to feel like this whole thing is a scam.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. signed up, noticed they did nothing until paid in full. Filed my back taxes, and that's it. Call/ emailed everyday, always told busy can't get to the phone. Never receive a call back. But yet gets nasty and says she reached out and I didn't respond. Then told my case would be given to someone else because Catherine Brock is over loaded Still can't file this years taxes because she doesn't answer my emails requesting copies of the taxes she filed ( which by law is required to supply me with). It's over a year and a half. Nothing but letters from the IRS. Called IRS they told me my account is not being worked for a payment plan. They have but me in collections and is now seeking Levy action. I guess it's time to get a lawyer.

They are the worst of any business I have ever dealt it. They promised that they can stop garnishment, but the IRS has been garnishing my whole Social Security, and the State has put a Lein on our house. Victory Tax Solutions will not return our calls. Last time they said the Vice President will call me and they never did. I would tell everyone to save your money and not deal with this company. This has been going on for over 3 years. Once you pay them they have done nothing.

I gave this people $6000 to help my husband who owed back taxes. Did not hear anything from them after the last payment. 2yrs later and the Irs says we still owe the back taxes and nobody ever tried to negotiate a deal. When I called them at first Joe claimed that I had paid for them to file taxes for my husband for the years he never worked because he is disabled. Now they want me to pay them more money to do what they never did when I first payed them. They claim that at first they had a verbal agreement with the Irs ( never heard of the Irs never sending documentation or at least putting it in writing), to I should not have filed jointly with him because it messes up the deal they made( we never got a call or a pigeon or smoke to notify us of this great deal).

I am disappointed and dissatisfied and demand a refund of the services I did NOT receive from your business. Where is the 100% Guarantee? Do you really stand behind your 100% guarantee? I requested a refund over 2 months ago, and yet to receive any communications from Victory Tax Solutions! VTS scammed me and apparently many other vulnerable customers. Making false promises and not delivering. Anyone out there wishing to stand together against VTS please post your contact information.

I have read all these great comments on how this place has gotten them out of a jam or payments lowered, interest fees dropped. BUT yet once I finished my payments to them I never heard from them again until the IRS took our income tax refund this year and I have emailed several people I have left messages I have even texted and yet no answers no response nothing just took our money and that was that. Asked for refund still havent heard nothing. I am totally upset with this company

terrible customer service! I paid $1500 up front over a year ago. they followed that up with an aggressive scare tactic to get another $3300 from me in April with 0 results. They were supposed to get a payment plan set up and it wasn't done and the only way I found out about it was contacting the IRS personally. Spoke with the owner about a refund for my $3300 and he said he has to get with consul. How can the owner not make a decision about doing the right thing and refunding my money???

They were real helpful until they got my payment then it was fast talking jerberish with no explanation of what they were doing.I'm not a lawyer and they talk like you should understand like one.
