They did not cancel my order when I requested. It has taken too long for them to finally ship it.

We explained to you that the item was shipped to us from the distribution center to our warehouse, which takes a couple of days. There is also a 25% restocking fee on all canceled orders after they leave the distribution center which had already happened. You can return the item if you wish, but you will have to pay the return shipping plus the 25% restocking fee. Our supplier charges this same fee to us. Leaving us a 1 star review because of this is unacceptable. If you were in that big of a hurry, you could have paid for expedited shipping but you did not. You wanted the least expensive method that you could get it but wanted premium shipping? I don't think so. Have a nice day.
