3 days for a response!
Took 3 days to finally get a reply to my refund request and the phone number listed where it says to contact is disconnected so yeah I definitely won’t be buying anything from them again next time make it easier to either get ahold of someone or easier to request a refund label cause both ways sucked!

This from a young man that spent $14.00 on an item and then did not want it. I suspect his parents made him try to return an item of such small value that the shipping and handling and restocking fee would eat up the refund and now he is unhappy with the result. If it had been defective, then that would have been another matter, we would have absorbed the loss.
