Hi Mack, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Having a package delivered incorrectly, especially when you provided your apartment number. It is incredibly frustrating, and we understand how upsetting that must be. While final delivery is handled by the carrier, we take these situations seriously and always do our best to support our customers.
