Please do not do business with this company. They are misleading and provide horrible customer service. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone or reply to an email. You are much, much better off purchasing your event tickets and hotel separately. Vibee is trash.

Horrible company. I had a health issue that meant I could not attend the concert I had reserved. They do not care about anything but money and refused to cancel my tickets. 5 emails. Impossible to speak with a customer service person. DO NOT buy anything through this company. It has been a complete nightmare.

What should be a calm experience due to the price I payed made me cry at least twice because of this company. Went to the Backstreet Boys concert and they told me to be there max 5h30pm for the lounge. I got there at 16h30. When it was time to enter they did not let me in because of bracelet they never gave me. And even though I showed the ticket and the neck ID the woman started to yell at me and did not let me in (when her colleague right before her said it was ok and I could go). Bought the package for the hotel because I thought there would be a kind of special event, like a cocktail or a place to be with other guests, or whatever. Hotel was dead silent in a place where there was no public transportation from the Arena do the hotel at that time if the night. Had to pay 200 euros for 15min ride (yes, you read it right) because taxis knew I would not be there on my own. Arrived at the hotel over 1am. Sometimes you'll not be able to scape from them, but do whatever you can book hotels on your on.

Signature hotel package é una truffa. Paghi il doppio del soldi per niente, non hai neanche l entrata anticipata. Il giorno del concerto nessuno ci ha informati che c era una fila dedicata per i possessori vibee signature. Il biglietto ricevuto per l accesso al concerto indicava un altro ingresso e ovviamente abbiamo fatto la fila lì per poi scoprire per i possessori dei pacchetti vibee la fila era un altra. Avrei almeno voluto ricevere una mail da parte dello staff con piu indicazioni.

Bought 2 VIP tickets for backstreet boys in germany. Due to Presale, no information about the vip ticket available. I expected something like, VIP parking, free drinks, special seats… NOTHING vip like was in the package. Just garbage gifts, early access to the shop (wtf???), and a poor event the evening before the concert, where most people travelling to the concert are not there.

Vibee are thieves. My trip had to be cancelled due to my husband having emergency surgery done the week of our trip. I got insurance through Travel Guard and they are just as bad as Vibee too. Stay away from them as well.

Zero refund if you cancel.

I would give them 0 stars if I could...trying to cancel our package NOW! that we booked back in February! NO help what so ever just think its okay to take over 2 grand off people with no refund. The package was paid for in full, suddenly they are saying our trip is canceled bc we violated terms, no one violated anything, we just woke up to a random email this week.
