For everyone that is hesitant on order your board from VEYMAX I’m here to tell you DON’T! Veymax is extremely professional and care deeply about their customers. I had my Merlin for roughly 7 months and it’s amazing. One of my parts went out of service and let me just say Customer Service was efficient and responded quicker than a rabbit could run. They were able to send me the parts to fix my board completely covered under warranty since I was still within the 9 months. As soon as I sent in the video they reached out to me with the parts that I would be receiving to get my board running and on top of that went out of their way to pay close attention to the video then noticed my tires were also worn out and sent me a coupon to go towards my next order for a new set. Even being in a different time zone they replied as soon as possible. CUSTOMER SERVICE- ✅ Fast Response- ✅ Communication- ✅ Respectful- ✅ Veymax- ✅✅✅✅✅

So far, my experience with Veymax has been incredibly smooth and hassle free. I can’t wait until my board arrives and I can get cruising.

When I got my board it only worked for a day , but after reaching out to them they responded as soon as they could and they ordered me a new battery. Not only that, but they understood I wasn't mad just rather disappointed about the whole experience and they took the time to listen and make it right. Hopefully once it's here I can start riding again

quality of electric skateboard is really good for the money you pay for, especially for beginners, and customers service is quick and helpful.

Absolutely incredible customer service! I legit take care of my board. Just had hit over 100 miles and was having issues with battery cutting in an out. I emailed Veymax over the weekend and explained in detail the issue (no hours to speak to someone). And they already sent me a replacement battery! Pretty stellar!
