Very bad skateboard received Damaged no answear about m'y email its not professionnel. I want refund .

Took my money and disappeared I purchased an electric skateboard that turned out to be too heavy for me to use. Simple enough return request, right? Wrong. It took nearly two weeks of back-and-forth emails just to get a return approved. I then had to chase them down for a shipping label when the courier showed up and the pickup code they gave me didn't even work. I shipped the board back. It was delivered and signed for on May 26. That was over two weeks ago. Since then — complete silence. No refund. No updates. Their inbox is now literally bouncing emails because it's full. Their phone number doesn't take calls. $251.94 just gone. I have every email, every tracking number, proof of delivery, and a signed confirmation — and I still can't get my money back or even a response. This company will smile at you until they have your money, then vanish. Do not buy from Veymax unless you are 100% certain you will never need to return anything or deal with customer service. Because when something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.

Very bad customer service and illegal terms of conditions in the EU. If you experience any trouble with your purchase don't expect any reply when contacting customer service about it. And if you for any reason wish to refund your purchase an illegal (in the EU) "processing" fee of 6% will be added. Please report this illegal practice to the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net) and/or your national consumer protection authority.

I thought other reviews weren't accurate or that the people weren't used to riding electric boards when they said that the acceleration was "jerky" but, as a long-time e-board rider, i can confirm that this is true and that this is dangerous. The customer service has also been terrible when I've been in contact about the multiple issues surrounding my board. First I was being told that the charger was defective- so I bought a new one and disposed of the "defective" one. Then I was being told that it was the battery- so I got a new one and disposed of the "defective" one. NOW the problem is that they sent me the wrong charger.... I would give 4 stars if it weren't for there being so many unresolved issues with this board that is essentially useless to me now that i still can't charge it. Heck, I'd even give it 3 stars even WITH the issues if the customer service was better and less rude and dismissive. Buy a wowgo board. They're built better and run smoother. I assume the customer service is better but the board was built so well that I never had to contact them. Wowgo all the way. VeyMax if you want to throw money in the trash and have a needlessly dangerous or even useless board.

My skateboard has even been shipped yet and it’s almost been a month. They advertised it as 2-5 business days delivery.

He finally received the skateboard. He loved it. Unfortunately after only a few weeks it is seizing up. He will be riding and suddenly it stops causing him to fall off. Its as the the belt gets tight as he is riding. Very dangerous.

Item didn’t work. Reached out to customer service they didn’t answer. Item didn’t connect. Silly me for thinking a company would have a working product.

My brother bought a Roadster X4 for my son for Christmas. We received it broken right out of the box but the company refused to refund or exchange it because by trying to ride it when we did not know it was broken, it is now “used.” Can’t speak to if it would be a good ride, as we still don’t have a resolution or replacement parts they say they will send.
