I ordered a decanter that was large and extremely attractive in the advertisement. The photos representing the product were amazing. The item arrived this week and it's pathetic! I ordered the decanter as a surprise present for my husband. It's not anything like it was shown in the ads. I paid for it with American Express. The company already has my money. The item isn't worth the amount of money that I paid. 0

Very disappointed. A cheap version of the decanter, small, no gold trim as in picture. Looks like a $10 discount shop item. Purchased for an 80th birthday gift and was too embarrassed to use it. TO BE AVOIDED.

This is false advertisement. Order 3 of the Crown Whiskey Decanters. Tge real thing is cheap and does not look like the pictures in the Vexroan catalog/advertisement. Absolutely not worth the money!

Based on the products I ordered/received from Vexroan, I agree with others that this company is apparently a scamming operation. I ordered the grey goose bottles. The products I received looked totally different in size and quality from what was pictured in the online catalog. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with Vexroan's operating policies that allows this to happen.  The products received are cheap useless versions of what is advertised.

I don't recall ever being more disappointed with an online purchase in my life. The products were described as Christmas 3D Wine Glass Collection Gift Box Set, and we purchased 3 of them. The product images show quality looking wine glasses with 3 Dimensional Glass embellishments including a Christmas Tree, A Sleigh and a Wreath. The total order value was $75.70. What we received instead were 3 cheap glasses with tacky stickers on them. And one glass was smaller than the other two. I could have purchased better glasses at Kmart and put stickers on them myself for a quarter of the price. If you are thinking of buying anything from Vexroan, you can expect to be misled by the product descriptions and images, and be very disappointed with your purchase when it arrives. Never buying from them again. Wish I could rate them less than 1 Star

Do not buy!! This is false advertising. The product is very poor quality and does not look anything like the marketed product. It is very small, poorly made and inferior. Not worth the money.

I ordered some of the Xmas baubles the bell shaped ornaments. I lost all my beautiful Christmas decorations and baubles in a house fire. They had so many wonderful memories and they meant so much to me as they came from my dear friends in USA. They looked so amazing on the website that I ordered several of each. I really wish that I’d seen all the negative reviews before I splurged on some new decorations. New items with new memories. I have never been more disappointed in any such products. Not only does this company work off misleading nearly every item they “sell”! They are flat out lying to all every person that is passing through their website. It completely baffles me how they are able to have their website/adds pop up every time you play any game on an iPad. There is also their packaging that is Really not right. I kind of knew straight away, upon seeing how my items were packaged and seeing all other customer complaints, that they are not what they present themselves to be. Nearly every item looked squashed. And not even one of the baubles looked like anything that I viewed on their website. I also took pics as I opened the parcel, as proof of how they packaged these decorations but I’m already extremely sceptical, that these lying scammers have swindled me out of my hard earned money. So far iv only emailed them a few times but I’ve dealt with scammers like this before and even though they always make a point of saying 100% money back guarantee. They never refund!
