Dear Sheila, Thank you for your feedback in regard to our products. We are sorry to hear that you haven't seen improvements in your dog yet. Our records show that you received the product only 11 days ago. In most cases this is not enough time. Please allow the product some time to work. Homeopathic products are safe to use but need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. What does concern us is that you have used one bottle in 11 days, typically one bottle should last approximately 30 days (given orally). Can you please tell us how you are using and administering the product to your dog? Homeopathic products need time to work, and sometimes a couple of weeks is not enough time to get good results. We really hope you give it more time. When you entered your address you entered your street address where the CITY should go. Unfortunately, we are not set up to catch errors our customers make via placing their own order through our website. The reason that the shipping/handling charges were not refunded was due to an error via the customer, not us. Our product quality is fantastic, as our customer reviews speak for themselves.
