Actually, on our website, we have a tab called "Product Questions," there you would find many common questions in regards of various information pertaining to our product. One in particular what you mention above about diarrhea, here is the question and answer in its entirety. Q: Will this product cause my dog to experience detoxification symptoms? A: The purified ionized mineral water base of this product is formulated to initiate a seamless detoxification process, but some sensitive bodies may experience initial detoxification effects. As minerals begin to activate enzymes and chelate toxins and metals, sensitive bodies may experience mild symptoms of canker sores in the mouth or loose stools with elimination. Do not be discouraged if your dog experiences these symptoms, for they are a sign that the body is beginning to heal. We hope this clarifies about the loose stool and clears up your concerns. Hi Dorothy~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Defendex is advertised as a shampoo, and when dealing with a skin irritation, we do recommend using it a few times a week, which is mentioned on our website. We are sorry for the difficulty this has imposed on you and your cat. We have a great suggestion to help our feline friends and pet parents work through this process. Simply take a towel and warm it in your dryer, after bathing your cat, wrap your cat in the towel. This will help soothe and calm your cat down for those 5 minutes prior to rinsing the shampoo off.
