Hi Maureen~ Thank you for contacting us. We just reviewed your order. Your order shipped out on October 30th, and according to the United States Postal Service, was delivered on November 2nd. Standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days. So it arrived on the 4th day. In your feedback above, you are discussing November 12th, not really sure what order you are talking about, as we only see one. Hi Geneva~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are not seeing full improvements yet with your dogs. We see you have had the medicine for less than 2 weeks. Homeopathic products are safe to use but need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. We hope you give it more time to work. Also, we see that you mentioned you are splitting one bottle between two dogs. Please understand that one bottle is per pet, and giving it to two dogs there will not be enough medicine to be used consistently to get good results for each dog. We would like to encourage you to focus on one bottle per dog, using it consistently every day, and to give it more time to work. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. We hope you give it more time to work. In severe cases you can double the dosage for a few days and see how your dog responds to that.
