Hi Mary Ann~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Our records show that you have ordered our products 4 other times in 2012. We are wondering what happened, considering you have tried it before? As far as your comment about "it is just water and we are ripping people off with", we do use a base (all Homeopathic medicine has a base and majority use Alcohol), ours is Purified Ionized Mineral Water along with the ingredients. Though homeopathy isn't used as much in the United States, over half of veterinarians in Europe use homeopathy alongside conventional therapy. It can offer some help in cases where more options are needed. The product is registered with the FDA and meets the United States Pharmacopeia standards. For a better understanding of this you may go to www.usp.org/audiences/consumers/. Because homeopathy is patient specific one must match the symptoms of the patient to the remedy. The remedies selected in our product address the more common symptoms. Because these are OTC ingredients and not prescription items there is no requirement for years of drug trials. That explains why most prescription drugs are much more costly than OTC products that are formulated based upon common knowledge garnered over the past two hundred years. We use this information to select the ingredients and rely on our customer feedback to let us know if we are doing a good job and meeting their needs. The IONX products have helped many pets reduce their symptoms without causing toxicity to their bodies. Hi Sally~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We did check the tracking number and it says your product was delivered on February 13th at 8:31 am in your mailbox. Have you checked your mailbox? We are so sorry that your product took almost two weeks to arrive! That is not the normal delivery time, which is 3 to 5 business days. Unfortunately, when the product leaves our shipping department it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service, and we cannot control their delivery schedules.
