We do typically encourage our customers to try our product for at least 30 days, which is usually the use of one bottle (depending on the size of your pet). For many customers, it has been between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before they began noticing any improvements. We do appreciate you taking the time to give us your product feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have yet to see the results you were hoping for your dog Marley. After reviewing your order information, I do see that this is a recent purchase and that Marley has been on the product for just over 2 weeks. Is that correct. Typically, we do encourage our customers to try our product for at least 30 days and be sure that it is given as directed by weight. Since this is a natural, homeopathic medicine, it can take time ti build up in the system before the body can begin responding positively. For most customers, it has been between the 2 week mark through the first full 30 days with regular use before there a noticeable difference. After reviewing your order information, and we do see that this was a recent purchase and that your cat Isee, has been on our product Dia-Ionx for approximately 2 weeks or so. When using homeopathic medicines, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can will begin responding positively. For most pet owners, it has taken between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use, before they began seeing any type of improvement. We do encourage our customers to give our product at least 30 days of regular dosing as directed as our products are natural, homeopathic medicines. Typically, when dealing with this type of product, it can take time to build up the system before the body will begin responding. Good Afternoon Deborah, We are sorry to hear that our product is not working out for you as you had hoped. Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to see really good results. For most customers, it has been between two weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before they began seeing improvements in their pets, which is why we do encourage our customers to try our product for a minimum of 30 days. Also, many customers have found it be easier to administer some or our products in their pets food instead of water to ensure that the whole dose it being taken at the same time instead of sitting in the water all day. Perhaps, if you were able to also put the Chillout Chews in either the food or in small treat, that could help?
