Very high customs fees of £24 etc.
The company and their products do seem very good on the Internet, but I had some unexpected problems. First, my package did not arrive on time despite paying a high postage for supposedly fast delivery ( to England). Then my package was held for 2 weeks by my local postal company without me being notified. Then eventually after spending time phoning round and e-mailing lots of people,I found out that I had to pay another £24 customs fee which I had no previous idea of!! I do realise now that they do state the customer may have to pay customs fees, and the Vetionx company did help me to track the package down which was good of them. However, I think in future they should warn the buyer how high the customs fees are likely to be in advance, or somehow include it in the initial payment. I'm afraid I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT have bought these products if I had been told how expensive it would be to actually get them released and delivered. No way! I could not really afford it. And I have also had to wait far too long. I have previously purchased pet health items from the USA, but did not have to pay these fees. Sorry but I do feel very aggrieved at the trouble and cost, although it wasn't all the company's fault.

Hi Leigh~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Sadly, we have no control over each individual countries customs process and fees of when receiving goods from the US. Each Country has their own methods, policies, and restrictions, once the product leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping/transit carrier. If a Country chooses to hold a package and charge custom fees, that is the Country's policy not ours. We clearly do state on our website, that we are not responsible for custom fees. We do work hard to help our customers locate and track their package to the best we can. But, again, we are not the shipping carrier. We do apologize for this inconvenience.
