Hi Debra~ Thank you for sharing your feedback. We see that you placed your Autoship program via our website, with no customer service assistance. It is up to our customers to read the "terms" prior to signing up for Autoship. We are hopeful that our customers will take the time to read the terms prior to agreeing to sign up for the Autoship program, however, if a customer chooses to pass on reading the terms we cannot make exceptions to the terms, as this would not be fair to our other customers that sign up for the Autoship program. You sent us an email in regards to this concern about a week ago, and we did respond back on May 9th explaining in our email to you that you selected the standard mailing option for US $21.95 which offers no international tracking and the estimated shipping time is between 3 and 4 weeks. I am sorry to hear that our product has not worked out. I do see that you only tried the product for 2 weeks. Typically it can take anywhere from 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before their body begins to respond to our product since it is a natural homeopathic medicine.
