Good Afternoon James, We do apologize for any confusion on this. On the product label, it does state "to temporarily relieve symptoms", which is also stated on our website. Our products are not intended to cure, heal, or treat a health condition. They are however, formulated to help relieve a range of symptoms without the use of harsh chemicals. As far as the time in which you will see results, this can not exactly be definable as each pet is different. On the fulfillment sheet that you received with your product, it does stated that we ask our customers to try our product for at least 30 days. Since our products contain homeopathic ingredients, not chemical base, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively. For many customers, that has been between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before there were any indications that the product was working out for their pet. That is wonderful that after 10 days, your cat is starting to respond. We do hope that you continue to give the product to your cat to maintain relief. After reviewing your order information, we do show that this is a very recent purchase. While we are sorry to hear that you cat Phoebe is not showing signs of improvement yet, we would like to encourage you to continue using the product as directed for at least a full 30 days. Our products are natural homeopathic formulations, and can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively. Obviously results and timing for relief will vary with each pet and can not guarantee to same results as this will depend on how well their body absorbs homeopathic ingredients and how severe their symptoms are. Good Afternoon, We are sorry to hear that our product did not work out. We do show that you have returned product for a refund, which has just arrived yesterday. The refund is currently in processing, which can take between 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once this has settled. Please keep in mind that once you receive a refund confirmation email, it can take an additional 3-5 business days for your credit card company to receive it and post that to your account. Good Afternoon Phyllis, After reviewing your order information, we do show that you have selected a shipping option that does not include tracking. Unfortunately, we have only been able to verify that the package has shipping, has left a sorting facility, and is still in transit to you. With the selected shipping method, the estimated delivery time is between 3-4 weeks (depending on how long it takes to process through the customs department). We have sent an email containing the current shipping information and we would suggest trying to get in contact with your local carrier to inquire about the current status of your package. Good Afternoon Abbie, We are sorry to hear that you are not seeing any improvements as of yet. We do see that this is a recent purchase though. Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in their system before the can begin responding effectively. For many customers, it has taken between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before they began seeing any improvements. Of course, this will vary with each pet. This does depend on how well their body absorbs homeopathic ingredients and how severe the symptoms are, which is why we encourage our customers to try our product a full 30 days and administer as directed. The product can be given up to 2 times daily if needed, which is our crisis dosing option, if you wanted to give that a try for a few days.
