I am sorry that you feel this way about our product. I have reviewed your order information and see that this is a very recent purchase. Typically, when using homeopathic medicines, it can take time to build up in the system before their body will begin responding effectively, if given regularly as directed. For this reason, we do encourage our customers to give our product a minimum of 30 days. Hi Carole~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Some pets will experience a detoxification, meaning their body symptoms will get worse during the detox, do not be discouraged if your cat was experiencing this, for this is a sign that the body is responding to the medicine. When this happens, our vet, Dr. Char recommends stopping the medicine for 3 days, then decrease the dosage amount and gradually build it up over a couple of weeks until the maximum amount is reached. Start with a couple of drops per day, each day adding a couple more drops until the full dosage amount is achieved. A lot of pets do not experience severe detoxing, so sorry that this concerned you.
