We do appreciate you taking the time to not only give our product a try, but for giving us your feedback as well. We are terribly sorry to hear that our product has not worked out for your dog Rocco. Your order looks like it was placed on the 20th of September, so a fairly recent order. Since our products are natural, homeopathic medicines and can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding. While we can not guarantee the same results for every pet, there have been pets that have responded very quickly, which is not typical, and others just took a little longer to respond, which is why we do encourage customers to give our product at least 30 days. We do appreciate you taking the time to send in your feedback. Just out of curiosity, how has the product been given? Has the dose been mixed in with their water, dispensed directly into their mouth or mixed in with their food? We have had some customers give the product in a treat or soaked a piece of bread (with dogs). Please feel free to contact our call center directly with any questions or concerns as we would be happy to assist you. Thank you for giving our product a try and for giving us your feedback as well. Looking into your order information, we do see that this was a recent purchase and that the product has only been given for almost 2 weeks. Unfortunately, homeopathic medicines do take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding positively, which is why we do encourage our customers to give our product a minimum of 30 days with regular dosing as directed. For most pet owners, improvements were noticed between the 2 week mark through the first full 30 days, with regular dosing per weight range. We do hope that you continue to administer the product and that you keep us posted on your Harley's progress. Would there have been anyone else in the home that might have received the package? We do appreciate your feedback and giving our product a try! We are sorry to hear that you have not seen any improvements in your dogs symptoms. According to your order, this is a fairly new purchase. The timing for relief is different with each pet. There have been pet owners that noticed improvements right away, but for most, it has been between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use. For this reason, we do encourage our customers to give our products a minimum of 30 days.
