Typically, we do encourage customers to give our product at least 30 days, dosed as directed, as our products are homeopathic and can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding. We are sorry to hear that she is not showing improvements as of yet. Depending on the severity of the symptoms, it can take a little more time before the body will begin to respond effectively. If you are not already doing so, you can always add a second dose at any time, which is our "crisis dosing", that may boost the system to respond if you wanted to give that try. How it is given may also be a factor. The instructions do say to mix the product in water or dispense that in the mouth, but you can also put that in the food, as long as you continue to not use a metal dish as this can weaken the product as well. For some pets, it can take time before the body can begin responding effectively, which is why we do encourage our customers to try our product for at least 30 days, and give as directed by weight. The product can either be mixed in with water or food. Some customers find that it works best in food since their pet did not drink all the water right away.
