While we do appreciate your feedback, we are sorry to hear that our product has not worked out for your dog. According to your order, this was a recent purchase. Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body would respond positively. Even though there have been customers that have noticed improvements very quickly, results will vary and timing for relief may be different with each pet. For this reason, we do encourage our customers to try our product for at least 30 days and administer the product regularly as directed. If you are having difficulties with administering this to your dog, please feel free to contact our call center directly, and we would be happy to answer any of your questions so that your dog gets the relief they need. What makes us unique is our products contain no alcohols, or chemicals, and we follow the strict guidelines of the U.S. FDA's Good Manufacturing Practices. Which ensures exceptional safety and quality control. We work very hard to bring the best products, and to make them easy to use as sometimes our pet children are not always in agreement with our decisions. As for the size of the product bottle, we apologize for any confusion. However our website clearly states that it is a 4oz. bottle in the box where you click to add product to your cart. Hello Dorothy, we are sorry to hear your spaniel has these reoccurring issues. Our product is to help alleviate symptoms, but not cure anything. The fact that it is prolonging the doses between antibiotics is a plus, although understandably distressing for you. Probiotics can help as in this situation, with continued use of the probiotics and Derma-IonX, hopefully you can alleviate symptoms for longer times between episodes. For severe cases it can sometimes take up to 6 months to receive optimal benefits of our product. When introducing a natural homeopathic medicine, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively. Results will vary with each. While we have had customers that noticed improvements right away, most customers reported improvements within 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use. Homeopathic products need time to be effective due to their natural ingredients, they do not work like conventional chemical based medicine. Every pet responds differently, some pets start getting relief within a few days, others a couple of weeks, and some 4 to 6 weeks. We hope you give it more time to work.
