We do sympathize with your situation and are terribly sorry to hear about your loss. We have reviewed the call that you made to our call center and find that you had asked if there was anything in the product that has been reported to cause a stroke, which there is not. We did ask what the vet found that could have caused this whether that be from a medication or other health issues that could have contributed to your dogs stroke. You mentioned that you had not been able to get into the vet for a diagnosis. We do care about our customers and try to answer all questions the best we can. I bought Anxietrex based on the overview of the product to aid with mild separation anxiety with my 10 month old GD puppy. It said to expect possible loose stool as the system cleanses. Yow, my dog who was completely house broke and recently vetted with a perfectly clean bill of health now has accidents in the house and is vomiting after giving it!! I've stopped using and he's still having issues! Now I have anxiety...I contacted the company with no response, I bought 4 bottles, now I have a dog that went through the trauma of diarrhea and vomiting, re-house training over $80 of unused product and.....$100's in vet bills to make sure he was ok. And may I add that I use holistic and homeopaths for all my pets through my holistic vet BUT I did not consult her befor using. I should have For fairness I would like to advise that the company responded that they have issued a return for the product. I will rate the customer service with a star but I cannot locate directions in my email for return if I missed it I apologize and requestcit be resent please so I can return for refund. Thank you

We purchased this product with the expectation that our cats skin condition (related to an allergy to dust mites) would improve, but after applying the product for 30 days as recommended the cat's skin condition became considerably worse. To make matters worse I did not receive a refund when I shipped the product back to them. I then had to call them back at which point they issued a partial refund only. I then had to call them again and they told me they were holding back $7 from the refund for shipping. Because their product made my cat’s condition considerably worse and that I had to spend 4 hours chasing all of this down I would definitely recommend against dealing with this company.

Please keep in mind that our products are natural, homeopathic medicines, which can take time to build up in the system before the body will begin responding effectively. For this reason, we do encourage our customers to try our product for at least 30 days given as directed. Of course results and timing for relief will vary with each pet, and we do offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee on the first order of product. This means if you are not 100% satisfied with our product after at least 30 days (which in most cases, is the use of one bottle), you may contact our call center directly to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to send back all the product for a refund less any shipping. It took weeks to deliver the product. When I finally went to pick up the product at my post office it had been refused and sent back to Vetinox. I want to know what will happen will I get the product delivered back to me because my credit card has already been billed. I want to try the product and I want to know why does it take up to three weeks to get the product? I don't know if I will be getting a refund or the product sent back can someone please tell me?

Nothing happened. Some people had to wait two weeks before anything improved, my dog's condition worsened after two weeks. I really really wanted this to work. I hope to take advantage of their money back guarantee.

Since our products contain natural, homeopathic ingredients, yes it can take time to build up in the system before the body will begin responding positively to the product. We do encourage all of our customers to try our product for at least 30 days. For many customers, they noticed improvements between the 2 week mark through the first full 30 days, with regular use (results will vary with each pet). While it is rare, some customers noticed a point where the symptoms slightly worsened before they began to improve. This is possibly due to a detoxification effect. You can try lessening the dose to 1/2 their recommended dose, until symptoms improve. Many customers found that doing this was very beneficial.
