We are terribly sorry that your dogs have not yet responded to our products Derma-Ionx and Chillout Chews. We do show that this was a recent purchase. Much like the Promaxol that you have purchased, it can take time to build up in the system before their body can begin responding effectively, if the product is given as directed. We do encourage our customers, when starting out, that they give our product at least 30 days. Some customers are somewhat confused with Derma-Ionx because we send a spray bottle, that the product is intended for internal use and the pray bottle for added relief. We do apologize for any confusion in regards to our autoship program. We can understand the frustration there and do try to make it as clear as possible online as well as by telephone, which is why we did include a box that is to be checked prior to proceeding to check that indicates you have selected autoship and agree to the terms. The order will not process with out that step. However, the order does show that the autoship has been cancelled for you, so no other packages will be sent. We do appreciate your feedback. In regards to the water use, we would suggest putting the product in enough water that they drink it all right away rather than letting it sit in the dish all day or changing it out. That way, it ensures that they get the full dose (we have sent this information via email as well). The product can also be mixed in with the food if that would work better for you. We are sorry to hear that your dog has not yet responded to the product. Some animals take more time than others to respond to homeopathic products, which is why we do ask our customers to try the product for at least 30 days. We would be curious to know the product is being administered. If it is being mixed with water, is it just enough that the water is being consumed right away or is the water sitting all day? If the product is being left in water all day, it can potentially lose potency. If you do mix that with water, we would suggest just enough for all the water to consumed right away for optimal results. Also, the product can be mixed in with the food as well. Some customers find this to be easier, especially when it is a multiple pet home. We do hope that you continue to give your dog Anxietrex for the full 30 days and keep us posted on your progress. We are terribly sorry to hear that you did not get an automatic email when the package was scanned for shipping. This can sometimes be filtered into the junk file or spam folder, depending on how you have your email filters set up. We do however, see that you have received your package on the 22nd of this month. We do generally encourage our customers to try our product for at least 30 days, with regular use, before there are indications that the product is working. We are sorry to hear that our product did not provide full relief from Bella's symptoms. We do show that your order shipped out the beginning of the month. You mentioned already using two bottles, which causes us to think how the product was being used. Derma-Ionx is an internal medicine but can be used a couple times a day externally with the included spray bottle for added relief. When the product is taken internally, which is determined by weight, it still can take time to build up in the system before the body can respond effectively. One bottle should be a 30 day supply for pets up to 90 pounds, when only given internally, which is why we are curious to know how you were giving the product to Bella. In the end though, we do understand that you have to do what is best for your pet and we are glad to hear that Bella's condition is improving. We do show that the order was recently purchased and give the nature of our products, it is very likely that enough time has not been given for the body to begin responding. With homeopathic products, it can take time to build up the system, which is why we do ask that our customers try our product for at least 30 days. If you are having trouble mixing the product in food, you can mix that in with their food as well if you wanted to give that a try. We are sorry to hear that your cat has not responded to our product as you had hoped. You mentioned spraying the product on the skin twice daily. While it can be used this way, the product is intended for internal use for optimal results, which is why we do include dosing instructions. Your cat should be taking 1/2 tsp daily, which be mixed in water, in the food or dispensed directly into the mouth. You are welcome to contact our call center directly if you would like and we would be happy to assist you with a return. Otherwise, if you wanted to try giving the product as directed, your 60 days expires on April 15th. We do hope that you continue to use the product and keep us posted on your cat.
