We are terribly sorry that you felt this way about our return policy. Every company has it's own refund policy whether it be an online company or a retail location. We do show that an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number has been issued for the return of your product and an email confirmation has been sent which includes all the return guidelines. Please feel free to contact our call center with any questions as we would be happy to assist you. Otherwise, once the package has been received, a refund of the product price will be issued. There is an automatic email that is also sent once the refund has settled in our system, which does include a transaction number as well that you can use to confirm with your credit card company. We are terribly sorry for the confusion of what our product is. On the website is does state, "Safe, Natural Blood Sugar Imbalance Symptom Relief for Dogs & Puppies". Dia-Ionx is intended to help relieve a wide spectrum of symptoms commonly associated with a blood sugar imbalance, but not an insulin replacement. You are able to give our product along with the prescribed insulin treatment, but our product is not intended to regulate the blood sugar levels as the insulin would. It is not at all advertised anywhere on our website that Dia-Ionx is an alternative to insulin. So, again we do apologize for the confusion. In regard to the shipping, unfortunately, it is part of our return policy that the customer is responsible for return shipping. A full refund of the product price (less shipping) will be issued if all purchased product, even an empty bottle, is returned. We are terribly sorry to hear that your pet has not yet responded to our product Derma-Ionx. After reviewing your order information, it appears that this is a recent purchase. Since our products are homeopathic, they can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively, which is why we do encourage customers to try our product for at least 30 days. You mention after 1 day of bath, which sounds as if you may not have used the product correctly. The Derma-ionx that you have purchased is an internal medicine intended to be taken regularly either by mixing that in with water, on the food or directly into the mouth. It also comes with a spray bottle to use the product topically for added relief. We offer our first time customers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on their first order placed with us. Any follow up purchase of like product(s) after your first purchase is not covered by the guarantee. Your second purchase is a clear and final indication that you accept the product(s) as-is. If, after using our product for a minimum of 30 days and up to 60 days, you are not completely satisfied, you must return all bottles (both empty and unused) for a refund of your original purchase price less shipping and handling charges. The 30 day waiting period is to ensure that there is enough time for your pet's body to experience the full benefits of the product. We are sorry to hear that you have not yet noticed any changes in Blue's skin. Please keep in mind that our products are homeopathic and can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively. According to your order, you have only been giving the product for under 2 weeks. We do encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days, and to give the product directed. Results however, do vary with each pet as there can be many factors involved that would determine how quickly you would see a response. It can depend on how well their body absorbs homeopathic ingredients and also how severe the symptoms are. It can also depend on how the product is being administered. While the package does come with a spray bottle for topical use, it is an internal medicine. The dose is set by weight range as well. We do also suggest not using metal dishes when giving the product. If you are mixing that in with water, is the water sitting all day or is it being consumed right away. We are sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your order information, it does not your conversations with our representatives. It does appear that there was some confusion in regards to FDA, which we did explain via telephone as well as made this information available on our website. So again, I do apologize for any confusion. In an email that was sent to you, it did state that our products are FDA listed natural medicine and uses an OTC formulation. The active homeopathic ingredients are officially recognized, as listed in the HPUS (homeopathic ingredient dictionary) and Homeopathic Materia Medica. The FDA has regulated homeopathic medicine since 1938, but you will not find that homeopathic medicines are not approved, and that would be true with any company, not just ours. Of course, even if a product is not FDA approved, does not mean that it is ineffective. There are many prescription medications on the market that are FDA approved that list many harmful side effects. There are no reports any negative side effects commonly associated with other symptom relief medications. As far as the Omega 3/6/9, this does not have be taken as a whole orally. Many customers have found it easier to clip the tip and drizzle it over their pets food, which was also mentioned in our conversations with you.
