Hi Carmel~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. At this time for INTERNATIONAL customers, we are only using the United States Postal Service. All international customers have 3 mailing options to choose from: * The saver mailing option for US $14.95 offers no international tracking and the estimated shipping time can take up to 5 weeks. * The standard mailing option for US $21.95 offers no international tracking and the estimated shipping time is between 3 and 4 weeks. * The shipping option with international tracking is $29.95 and the shipping time usually takes between 2-3 weeks. For more than 5 bottles the only option is with tracking for $45.95. We do not cover custom fees if a package is held by customs. With best wishes The Vetionx Team
