after purchasing this product have read other things about this product and the return policy's on it, like they want to use it for over 30 days and use 2 or more bottles to deduct it for what you owe if the product don't work, and if you only use only 2 bottles on it don't work there is a 20% restocking fee , why should you have to pay this if it's guaranteed or your many back , on the vetionx site there is good reviews , but many claim it's the company putting the reviews on there have read on other sites it don't work .we will see if it works and if they stand behind the guarantee three star for fast shipping

We do not add our own reviews to our site, and as you can see from this site (which we cannot alter, add, or select what type of reviews are put on here), we stand at an 8.3 rating. We ask that our customers try our product for 30 days because sometimes it may take that long for a pet to respond. Because our products have no chemicals in them, and they are homeopathic, it may take time for a pet's body to respond. I received the Arthro-IonX on Thursday and gave my dog Bruno one dose on Thursday evening and 2 doses on Friday and Saturday.. and one dose on Sunday As of Monday today 11/17/14 I have not noticed any change worth mentioning, we will have to see after a week or so if there is any improvement.

Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. I have only been using it for a week on my 13 yr old Lab and so far I see no improvement. I guess more time is needed. I will revisit in a month or two to see if it works.

Every dog is different, the treatment depends on the severity of the ailment, the age and race of the pet, the surroundings, environment and nutrition. In most cases 1 week is not enough time for the product to work. Be patient and have your dog stay on it. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. the shampoo seems to be working. We have given 2 shampoos so far and the itching is slowly going away. Although one of our dogs is still getting bumps after we have used it 2 times on him. The other 2 dogs seem to be getting better from using the shampoo

Hi Kelly~ Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you are seeing results in two of your dogs by using our shampoo. Our Defendex shampoo is formulated to help relieve a pet's itchy and irritated skin issues. It may take a few months (you should be only bathing your dogs once or twice a week, bathing to much can cause skin flare ups) for you to see completed results. You didn't mention what your dog has been diagnosed with causing the bumps. If this is caused by a parasite (fleas/ticks), are you cleaning and sanitizing their bedding, toys, your house, and yard? You may want to help your dog by building up his/her immune system too. Using supplements like; probiotics, fish oil, and vitamin C will do this. We also recommend providing sufficient fresh water that is free of chlorine and fluoride for drinking and bathing too. A healthy grain free diet is important as well. Please consider a raw or fresh diet over dry kibble and canned food. Avoid chicken and lamb as the protein, as these proteins can increase inflammation within the body. Organic turkey, fish, bison, or venison is excellent choices.
