In regards to the timing for relief, since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding. We do encourage our customers to try our product for at least 30 days and be sure that it is taken regularly as directed. While many customers say some improvements in a couple of weeks, we can not guarantee the same results for every pet. This can vary depending on how well their body processes homeopathic ingredients and how severe the symptoms are to start. While we are glad that you received your product in a timely manner, we are sorry to hear that your dog Dex has not responded yet to the product. We do show that this is a recent purchase, and that Dex has only been on the product sin the 3rd of this month. Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body will begin responding, which is why we do encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days.
