We are sorry to hear that your dog has not yet responded to our product Derma-Ionx. Since our products are homeopathic, and can take time to build up, we do encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days, with regular use. Derma-Ionx does come with a small spray bottle that you can put product in for topical use, however it is first and foremost an internal medicine. Some customers only use it topically, which can cause it take longer to see relief. We are not sure what the situation is in your case, but we would be happy to speak with and go over any product or usage questions. You are welcome to contact our call center directly for assistance. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we do have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee on the first order of product if you would like to take advantage of that as well. We do appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback on our product Arthro-Ionx. It is unfortunate that your cat has not yer responded effectively to the product. It looks like this is a recent purchase. Typically, we encourage customers to give our products at least 30 days, with regular use, as timing for relief and results will vary with each pet. Our products are homeopathic and can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding. We do suggest a crisis dosing, which in your case would be 1/2 tsp twice daily. We are sorry to hear that your dog Monk has not yet responded to the product. It looks like you have started giving Monk the product a couple of weeks ago. Typically, because our products are homeopathic, we do encourage customers to try our product for at least 30 days as it can take time to build up the system before the body can begin responding effectively. We have had customers see improvements rather quickly, however timing for relief and results can vary with each pet. We do hope that you continue to use the product for a full 30 days. Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively. This can also depend on how the product is given, how severe the symptoms were to start and how well their body absorbs homeopathic ingredients. Derma-Ionx does come with a spray bottle that you can use topically, however it is intended for internal use for optimal results. It can be done up to two times daily if needed, which is our crisis dosing. We do encourage customers to give our products at least 30 days, with regular use. Our products are homeopathic and can take time ti build up in the system, which is why we encourage all of our customers to give our product at least 30 days when starting out as timing and results will vary with each pet. After one week may not have been enough time for your dogs. This can also depend on how the product was given. Derma-Ionx is an internal medicine, but can be used externally with a spray bottle for added relief. If you were only doing this topically, that may be the reason that you did not see results.
