We are sorry to hear that your dog Barton has not yet responded to our product. While you are correct, our product is not a cure for diabetes and would not have prevented the progression of cataracts, it has only been formulated to help relieve and maintain relief from the symptoms when taken as directed. Was Barton on any other medications? Did you discontinue insulin (if prescribed) when starting our product? Was this given in water or food? If it was in water, was the water being consumed right away or did that sit in the bowl all day? Unfortunately, what may work for one pet may not work for another, and that is the case with any medicine or natural supplement. We are sorry to hear that Quincy has not improved. After reviewing your order information, we do show that this was purchased about a month ago, with the average size of a collie, one bottle would have been a one month supply if given as directed. We are curious as to how the product was being given to Quincy since you mentioned having used two bottles in a short period of time. It is unfortunate that Quincy has not responded to Arthro_Ionx. Typically, since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively, which is why we do encourage customers to try our product for at least 30 days (with regular dosing). Also, with Dia-Ionx, it is intended for symptom relief and not to be an insulin replacement to regulate blood sugar levels. We are sorry to hear that you have not seen the improvements you were hoping for. You mentioned that the spray has done nothing. While our product can be used topically in a spray for added relief, it is intended for internal use. The directions state to mix the product in water or dispense directly into the mouth. Many customers have also mixed the dose in their pets food. We do still encourage customers to try our product, as directed, for at least 30 days since homeopathic medicines can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively. We do appreciate your feedback on our service and product. We are however, sorry to hear that our product has not worked out for your dog. Unfortunately, since each pet is different, what may work for one may not work for another. It can sometimes, just take longer than others to begin responding as our product is a homeopathic. We typically encourage customers to try our product for at least 30 days, with regular dosing as it can range between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days (with regular use) before their body can begin responding effectively. We do show that you have had the product for less than a month, so we would hope that you continue to give the product for the remainder of the 30 days. Just out of curiosity, is the product being given internally or are you using that as a spray only? Has the product been mixed in with water or in food? If you are mixing that with water, are both dogs drinking out of the same dish? Is the product sitting in water throughout the day or is it being consumed right away? You have only had this product a short time, approximately 2 weeks. Unfortunately, since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively. Dia-Ionx has many benefits and can help with a wide range of symptoms, including frequent urination, changes in appetite, increased thirst, and even symptoms of irritability and fatigue.
