After reviewing your order information, it appears that you are still within the first 30 days of trying our product. The timing for relief and overall results will vary with each pet. Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively to the product, which is why we encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days. Derma-Ionx is an internal medicine as well, but it can be used topically for added relief. We do appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback on our product. After reviewing your order information, we show that you have tried our product Derma-Ionx for skin care. While some customers find that this product works just by using it topically, it is intended for internal use for optimal results. It is unfortunate that what works well for one pet, may not work the same or at all for another. Many customers reported improvements after a full 30 days, with regular use. Of course timing for relief and overall results will vary with each pet, and that would be true with any medication or supplements. It does depend on how well their body absorbs homeopathic ingredients or how severe the symptoms are to start. We wish you all the best. There is an automatic email that is sent once the refund has settled in our system. It still may take between 3-5 business days for the credit card company to receive and post the transaction to your account. We are sorry to hear that Derma-Ionx has not helped to relieve your dogs symptoms. The product is intended to help with the symptoms that can be caused by an allergy, which for some pets can take time to build up in the system before the body will begin responding, which is why we encourage customers to give our product at least 30 days. If the product is just given internally, each bottle should last 30 days for pets up to 90 pounds, less if it is used both internally and externally for added relief. It sounds like there is a bigger issue there and we do hope that you are able to find a treatment that best fits his needs. With any product, natural or prescription, results will vary. What works for one may not work for another unfortunately. Timing for relief does vary as well since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding. Typically we encourage customers to give our products at least 30 days, and given as directed. There is a crisis dosing option available if you are not seeing a response at this time. Your order does have 60 days from the date of purchase and you are allowed to use 2 full bottles within that time frame. We hope that you continue to use the product for the remainder of the month, but please keep us updated. We are sorry to hear that Chloe is not responding as of yet with Arthro-Ionx. Unfortunately, the timing for relief and results will vary with each pet, and 11 days may not be long enough for Chloe's body to respond effectively. Have you tried the crisis dosing at all? Is that being mixed with water and sitting all day or is Chloe drinking that all right away?
