Hi Leonie~ We apologize you have not received your order yet. Unfortunately, there is no tracking for this package internationally (in order to get tracking you would have had to select the International w/Tracking FedEx which takes 5-7 days). With the Standard shipping option that you selected it should only take 2-3 weeks for you to receive it. Our records show that your package is at the 2 1/2 week mark. We did receive notification via FedEx that due to the current winter storms hitting the eastern side of the States, deliveries should expect to be delayed. We truly apologize for this. Our products work safely and naturally, without the negative side effects common to other OTC pet medications, but they need time to work. Our records show that you received the product approximately 15 days ago, in some cases this may not be enough time. Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. So we do hope you continue to see improvement. You may want to try adding it to your dog's food, this is a great way to insure your dog is receiving their full dosage amount at once. So disguising the probiotic is a very good idea. Yes, some smaller dogs and cats would need the Omega capsule snipped and drizzled over their food.
