Dear Paula, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your dog is still struggling. Our records show that you received the product 2 weeks ago, in most cases this is not enough time. Derma-Ionx is a homeopathic product, homeopathics need time to be effective and work different for each body, some patients see faster results than others. Homeopathic products are safe to use but require consistency and unfortunately a little bit of patience. The product helps to cleanse and hydrate the cells, which provides relief and the homeopathic ingredients stimulate the body's repair mechanisms. It works to reduce inflammation, but it takes time for the product to work. Derma-Ionx should be given orally and also applied directly onto the skin. For easier application we use the small plastic spray bottle that comes with the product. The affected areas should be sprayed twice a day. Every pet is different, the treatment depends on the severity of the ailment, the age and race of the pet, the surroundings, environment and nutrition. In most cases 9 days is not enough time for the product to work. Be patient and have your pet stay on it. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. Hi Karen, We are committed to your satisfaction with our products. Some pets see results in a couple of days, others may take 60 days to feel the effects. We encourage you to continue with the product for the full 60 days. You are still eligible for a refund until 7/20 if you decide the product just isn't working for your pet.
