Dear Bo, thank you for your feedback. Your package has left our Grand Rapids, MI facility on Friday, October 31st. Depending on airline schedules and/or current weather condition a package might travel as long as 3-4 weeks on flights from the USA to Denmark when using the standard shipping option. For future orders with faster shipping you might want to consider the shipping option with international tracking, the shipping time usually takes between 5 and 6 business days (depending on how fast the product clears through customs). Hi Zinaida~ Our records show that you just received your product on September 17th. Homeopathics need time to be effective and work different for each body, some patients see faster results than others. Homeopathic products are safe to use but require consistency and unfortunately a little bit of patience. Derma-IonX (the product you ordered) works to reduce inflammation, but it takes time for the product to work. Derma-Ionx should be given orally and also applied directly onto the skin. For easier application we use the small plastic spray bottle that comes with the product. The affected areas should be sprayed twice a day. Hi Judy, Thank you for your feedback. For your large dog, the normal dosage amount is 60 Drops//5 cc//1 tsp. One bottle is a one month supply for a dog of 30 lbs or less with using the normal dosage amount. You mentioned that you doubled up, which is understandable during a crisis situation, but that also explains why the medicine didn't last very long. Judy, we really want to help your dog, so we have a few questions; How long has your dog had their skin issue for? Has a vet diagnosed your dog? If yes, what is causing your dog's skin problem? What type of diet and supplements are your providing your dog? What breed is your dog? How did you administer the medicine? Hi Patty, Thank you for your feedback. With homeopathy, yes, one will need to be patience. For some pets, one week may not be enough to see results, it may take up to 30 days or longer for a pet to respond. Certain variables can play a role in how quickly a pet does respond to natural treatment too, such as; environment, diet, supplements, other treatments, how long a pet has had their condition for, a pet's age, and others. It is very imperative to be consistent too when giving homeopathy. I am not sure how you are giving our medicine, but we would like to suggest either directly in the mouth, or adding it to your pet's food. Both ways are a great way to insure your pet is getting their full dosage amount at once. Remember to avoid stainless steel/metal bowls. We hope you give our medicine more time.
