Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. Please understand that we are not certified veterinarians answering the phones, but we are educated and very knowledgeable about our products and do our best to answer questions pertaining to each customers individual's pet's circumstances. Also, our instruction pamphlet that comes with the product discusses dosage amount and the crisis dosage (doubling the dosage) if needed and we would hope that our customers read the pamphlet upon receipt of the product so they can use it in the best way possible. Both products have pain formula in it, the Promaxol does higher LM potencies (more pain relief formula) than the Arthro-IonX. Hi Teresa~ We are so sorry for the misunderstanding. We do state on our website under our Shipping Guidelines, here is the link: https://www.vetionx.com/shipping.php that we use the US Postal Service. In the shipping address portion of our form, if a PO Box is used, it will be delivered to the PO Box. If a physical address is used, it should be delivered to the physical address. Please understand that we are not the Post Office and unfortunately, we are unable to control how they manage our packages once they leave our shipping dock. Our packages should be delivered via what the customer puts in as the shipping address not the billing address, as that is what goes on the label. Again, we are sorry for the misunderstanding.
