Hi Lorraine~ We are so sorry to hear that dog is very sensitive to taste and odor. We've heard from different customers that some feel there is a tangy taste to it, and others have said there is no taste what-so-ever. I personally, have never tried it. Some pets are very sensitive to new things in their food and dogs can detect smells far greater than humans. The percentage of the dog's brain that is devoted to analyzing smells is actually 40 times larger than that of a human! Although we state that it is odorless and tasteless, maybe certain dogs detect otherwise. Our products work safely and naturally, without the negative side effects common to other OTC pet medications but they need time to work. Our records show that you received the product 7 days ago, in most cases this is not enough time. Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. Hi David~ We apologize you have not received your order yet. Unfortunately, there is no tracking for this package internationally (in order to get tracking you would have had to select the International w/Tracking FedEx which takes 5-7 days). With the Standard shipping option that you selected it should only take 2-3 weeks for you to receive it, so we are not sure why it is taking this long. In regards to your comment on our product: "product was outrageously expensive," we understand your concern. However, we stand by our product, pricing, and return policy. The results pet-parents have with their pets in our testimonies speak for themselves.
