Hi Bernice~ Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to reassure you that your order did go out on April 13th. Autoship offers standard shipping and this may take up to 3-4 weeks from the States to Australia depending on weather and customs. With standard shipping there is no tracking, so unfortunately we are unable to verify where the package is at this time. Please let us know if you do not have your package by May 8th.
