Dia-IonX is very beneficial in helping the symptoms of diabetes but it does not replace insulin, but works in-conjunction with insulin. We do have a 60 day return policy. Hi Patrick~ We looked up your orders which were January 29th and March 2nd - both orders show they took 5 days to be delivered, which our standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days. They were delivered in the standard 3 to 5 business days. Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. Depending on how severe your dog's condition is, what other type of treatment you are providing (diet and supplements) it may take more time than 2 weeks for the Arthro-IonX to work. We truly hope you give it more time. Anxietrex is a maintenance product and as such, it is formulated to become increasingly effective over time. It helps to promote calmness and balance energy levels in our pets. It helps to relieve stress, separation anxiety symptoms as well as eliminate nervousness, irrational fear and mood swings. Unfortunately, with anxiety there is "no quick fix", however if you can start with Anxietrex and work with training methods to assist your dog to help manage his/her anxiety that would be helpful. Some pets will experience a detoxification, meaning their body symptoms will get worse during the detox, do not be discouraged if your dog experiences this, for they are a sign that the body is beginning to heal. When this happens, our vet, Dr. Char recommends to slow down on the dosage amount and gradually building it up over a couple of weeks until the maximum amount is reached. Hi Thomas~ Dia-Ionx does NOT replace a dog's insulin shots, but is used in-conjunction with the shots. Dia-IonX was designed to help with the symptoms of diabetes. It helps the body to better utilize diet and supplements better for a synergistic effect for a faster response. Dia-IonX also contains homeopathics that benefit the kidneys. Many owners are able to greatly decrease the amount of insulin with time with the supervision of their vet, so it can help in getting a pet's glucose down.
