OK - so I am supposed to give a certain dosage twice a day -- and I have many other furrieds and sometimes "The Dalai Lama" -- who is a rescue from Thailand-- doesn't get her second dose. but at this time, it looks good to me.

The product took longer to arrive than expected. This small bottle w/ shipping was rather pricey, and am still waiting to see a difference in my cat's arthritis symptoms. I have used almost half the bottle, using it systemically and topically as advised. Will be patient to see what happens, but will ask for a refund if there is no improvement by the time the bottle is close to empty. Easy to administer, however, appears to be tasteless, thank goodness. How long does it take ( depending on arthritis symptoms) to notice relief from arthritis pain?? Thx.

Our records show that you received your product on the 4th day, which is within the standard shipping time. One bottle is typically not enough for both orally and topical application, and is not typically advised for the Arthro-IonX medicine, especially if only one bottle was being ordered. We apologize that you were advised to do this. Giving it orally is best, and hope you can switch it to just that. Two weeks may not be enough time for you to get really good results. Homeopathic needs time to work, and is not like chemical-based medicines. When using natural products, one must be more patience. We hope you give it more time and that you get two more weeks out of using it. In regards to your comment about the cost of our products, we do offer different packages to help reduce the cost per bottle, as well as one package that offers free shipping too. I ordered the product and it was delivered in a reasonable time. The product called for one dose/day at 3/4 tsp for my 70lb dog. I followed the dosage and the product worked great. My dog's dandruff problem disappeared. At $29/month it is a bit pricey though and I will try other solutions and compare results. But aside the cost, I have no complaints.

Good Day Volina~ Thank you for your feedback in regard to our products. We see you have had the product for just 2 weeks. In most cases this is not enough time to see improvements. Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report good improvement within the first 2 months. We truly hope you give it more time. How are you using it 6 times a day? Orally or Topically? We recommend giving it orally (dosage is on bottle) once a day (in a crisis situation you can give the oral twice a day), and spraying topically only once or twice a day in the effected area. Do not saturate your pet. Only one or two sprays per each time.
