Our records show that you received the product 3 weeks ago and only purchased 1 bottle. In some cases this is not enough time and if being used topically along with orally, one bottle would not last more than 2 to 3 weeks. Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. Depending on how severe your dog's condition is, what other type of treatment you are providing (diet and supplements) it may take more time for the Derma-IonX to work. You selected our standard shipping option, this may take up to 3-4 weeks from the States to Australia depending on weather and customs. With standard shipping there is no tracking, so unfortunately we are unable to verify where the package is at this time.
