Items arrived timely, but I was expecting a big bottle for the price. Have been using for 2 weeks now and haven't seen a different in my dogs itching/hot spots. I think I have wasted my money, but since I bought it I will use it.

Some customers report an improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. How are you administering the product? Are you remembering to avoid stainless steel / metal bowls and utensils when using our product if you are adding it to water or food? We hope you give it more time. For dogs up to 90 lbs, one bottle, with normal dosage should last at least 31 days. Our bottles are meant to be a one month supply with normal dosage. First let me say that my order did not arrive on time. I paid for express shipping but the package arrived 3 days after the scheduled delivery date. That was a big disappointment. Second, my Golden Retriever has severe allergies and experienced a hot spot breakout that was becoming very difficult to control. The shampoo was soothing to him, easy to apply and rinse off, and smells like licorice. One week after our first use the number of hot spots has been reduced from 8 to 3. I will reorder the shampoo but will not waste my money on the company's promise of next day express shipping.

The first week my cat actually started to perk up, so I was very excited! Then second week I noticed him slowly going down hill. Yesterday we had to make the decision of putting him down. Was hoping this solution would work better, could of just been my cat's health situation.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS FOR LESS THAN A MONTH AND HVE NOT SEEN A BIG IMPROVEMENT YET. MY DOG IS ALSO ON ADEVAN INJECTIONS AND LOW DOSE OF PREVICOX AND PRIOR TO USING THIS PRODUCT THE PREVICOX WAS DEFINATELY HELPING MY DOG MOVE AROUND AND WALK AND GET UP ETC A LOT EASIER THAN BEORE.

Order arrived in timely manner,unfortunately skin care product not working,am going to take dog to Vet.No friction,used all of product as directed and did not help at all,I was really hoping it would work.

Honestly,the product had the opposite effect on my cat.He got very constipated and stopped drinking and peeing,I took him off the Dia-ionx all together after three days and had to give him laxatives.Apparently he is only mildly diabetic,maybe this medication works on more severe cases?

Per our vet, Dr. Char you could also try adding a little Metamucil to canned food or add 1/4 teaspoon olive oil per day to the food. Please let us know how your cat does.
