While mobility increased, this had a bad side effect of causing severe twitching and cramping in my cats back mussels. Not recomended.

I ordered the above product for my cat. She has been having licking and biting her skin problems. This product made it worst. Need to visit vet to see what is in the product that made her condition worst. Should have saved my 58.00 and took to the vet. Oh well my bad.

When this happens, our vet, Dr. Char recommends to slow down on the dosage amount and gradually building it up over a couple of weeks until the maximum amount is reached. Start with a couple of drops per day, each day adding a couple more drops until the full dosage amount is achieved.

Your package has left our Grand Rapids, MI facility on June 11th. Depending on airline schedules and/or current weather condition a package might travel as long as 3-4 weeks on international flights with the selected standard mailing option for US $21.95.
For future orders with faster shipping you might want to consider the shipping option with international tracking, the charge is $29.95 and the shipping time usually takes between 1-2 weeks.
Your package is currently in transit to its destination.

Refund policy is not what it implies.
I was hoping this product would work on my cat, as she is in alot of pain. Unfortunately, after following instructions, it has not made any difference in her pain and ability to walk. I am deeply disappointed in this product.
I did not contact Vetionx directly, so I cannot give you any input on their customer service. However, their website promises a refund if you are not satisfied with the product, but only if you purchase 2 bottles. Since I saw absolutely no improvement with the first bottle, I was not willing to spend an additional $45.00 to see if it would help. I'd rather spend the money taking her to the vet to see what they can do to help her.

Like any medicine, what may work for one pet may not work for another, which is why we offer the 60 day return on first orders only. With Homeopathic and natural medicines it may take more time to work too, depending on several factors; age of pet, breed, severity of health issue, and more.
You misread our return policy, here is a "snippet" from our return policy on our website.
"Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed for a single pet for up to 60 days use of product. Therefore, only two (2) bottles of your product can be opened to be eligible for a refund. All other bottles of the same product must be in the factory-sealed container (resalable condition) to be eligible for a refund. The unit price of any non-resalable bottles (over the two allowed) will be deducted from your refund amount."

i wont buy it again
I used it like the directions and my dog wont eat for two days and got sick and thew up on the floor.. had to take her to the vet and they said don't give that to a dog that has panterites

Arthro-Ionx…so far, no difference
Purchased Arthro-Ionx to help with our dog's rear leg stiffness, but so far no difference. Will finish the bottle and if there is no improvement, will return for my money back.

worthless, was using primalix, switched to vetionx and my boy got worse
this stuff is worthless, I believed all the reviews, must have been company people writhing the reviews, this stuff is worthless. I put my cat back on primalux and hes getting so much better. don't wasted your money on this snake oil!!

In regards to your comment, Homeopathy works for some but not all. We have been able to help a lot of pets that would have been euthanized because they failed to respond to conventional medicine. Having all tools available can give the best outcome. We are very thankful for homeopathy. If it didn't work it would not still be around after two hundred years. Now because of technology there are explanations why it works.

Not what I was hoping for.
My dog has had no improvement whatsoever after being given Arthro-ionx. Coated aspirin did a better job however I just gave him some meloxicam and he had almost immediate improvement. My objective was to give him a substitute to a pharmaceutical and it just didn't work. He received the maximum dosage while not going to the crisis mode noted on the bottle however no positive results. I had purchased the 4 bottle supply being optimistic and realize I can only return 2 as I was told. Do I need a RMA for the return? Please advise, and thank you in advance.
