I have a male cat over 18 years old His name is Mojo.He had signs and symptoms of diabetes. Drinking a bowl of water a day and using the litter box 8 or more times a day. This shampoo smells like licorice. I love the shampoo, the feel of the coat, and that the fact that the dog is protected from fleas, etc. It helped me clear up harvest mites that advantage had no affect on. I use it before dog shows to keep the dogs protected on fair grounds from mites. The dog has to have a clean coat for the show, no messy pesticides that would get on a judge's hands examining the dog. The shampoo is perfect for a beautiful coat and helped me clear up skin problems secondary to the mite bites. My poor little 16 year old kitty, Ginger, was in such pain she could not move. I had to pick her up once a day and set her in the litter box. I went online and found promaxol from Vetionx and paid to have it shipped next day. I was desperate. Ginger wouldn't drink water or eat anything. I gave her the promaxol with a syringe and within 2 days she was moving and drinking. I still helped her with the litter box but by day 3 she was on her own. The first week I still had to carry her downstairs but by day 8 she was able to navigate the stairs and litterbox by herself.
