My package got shipped back to the company due to a problem with the address. I will gladly take the blame though I'm pretty sure the blame actually falls on the postal service. Anyway, even though I'm sure they probably had to pay a second shipping fee they never once even mentioned wanting more money and the person I worked with, Petra, was extremely kind. I can't speak to the product as I am just starting to use it, but the quality of customer service would certainly make me a repeat customer.

I was told by my vet that my 2yr 7 month dobie clyde would always be in pain and would have serious trouble getting up and getting about when he was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and arthritis in his hips , back legs and knees , to be honest at the time he did seem in a bit of a bad way but I refused to give up and stop giving him a good dogs life so I started hunting around for something that may ease the pain and maybe even help with the condition - that was when I found arthroionx and ordered some to try - boy I have never looked back since - clyde is just over 7 now and is still running about like a puppy he has been out for at least 1long walk everyday (most days twice) since he has been taking it - I now have my female dobie bonnie (same age) on it aswell now as she has developed arthritis aswell now so i give them 5ml per day along with a couple of scoops of flex green lipped mussel powder and they still both run about like the nutters they are - people do not believe me when I tell them bonnie & clydes age and their problems with their legs - ive been buying it for about nearly 5 years and will continue to buy it as long as I have the dogs - thanks so so much vetionx this stuff really is magic as far as im concerned

I think I'm seeing a difference. My canine is on so many arthritic Meds that this supplement helps as well. Thank you

This product works really well. If your cat is loosing her/his coat, this is the product to use!

I am so very pleased with this product. My dog had bleeding pads on her feet and sores all over her chest and was itching all the time. Now she is 90% better!! There are no sores on her feet and the hair has grown back on her chest area. Thank you so much!

Max the cat was biting and pulling and scratching and digging at his skin all over his body, with no relief in site until this wonderful medication started to work. After 4 months his has an occasional itch but nothing like raw skin, little ozzy bumps and biting everywhere. He is very happy now and wants to be petted and I am happy for him.
