The ordering experience was great. My interaction with customer service was great as I had questions before ordering. I sent questions to the vet and got quick responses. I have only been using it for 2 weeks with no relief to the cat, but it appears that the coat is shinier. Using it topically has healed some of the wounds as long as the cone is on and he can't lick. The cat is a mess right no and will continue to try to use the product, but I have seen no lessening of his licking yet.

The Derma-ionx arrived quickly and I did notice some improvement with his itching right away, it hasn't taken the itch away completely but my husband and I do feel that there is improvement and some hair is growing back. We are now into our second bottle and will likely order again to continue treatment a bit longer.

Not As Itchy
My 8 year old American Cocker Spaniel will not drink the water with this product. We use it as a spray and it does help as she is not as itchy.

You can add our medicine to your pet's food (or special treat such as; plain yogurt, peanut butter, beef broth, wet canned food), insuring she is receiving the full dosage amount at once. Just make sure to avoid using metal, or stainless steel when using our oral products. Glass, plastic or ceramic bowls and spoons are best. The product is still being evaluated.
It has been only two weeks, but there appears to be some slight improvements thusfar. I will reserve my full opinion after two or three months. My Siamese is still consuming copious amounts of water, however his craving for food seems to have diminished. The only negative was the shipping, I would have preferred a slower less expensive method, but I was not asked for a preference and it was shipped Priority Mail, costing almost $8.

We only offer two shipping choices and usually don't mention the Express unless the customer signifies they want the product "today" type of urgency. Majority of our customers want the product sooner than later, which is why we don't offer several choices of shipping options. For US orders/shipments it is; a standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days at $6.95. Express shipping is 1 to 2 business days at $29.95. Please let us know how else we can help.
