Hi Donald~ Thank you for your feedback in regard to our products. We see you have had the product for just about 2 weeks. In most cases this is not enough time to see improvements. Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report good improvement within the first 2 months. We truly hope you give it more time. What concerns us is that you are almost out of product after one week. How much dosage are you giving? How much does your pet way? Are you using it orally and topically (one bottle is not enough to use it both ways). There can be obstacles that prevent helping a pet such as age, severity of their issue, what type of diet and supplements are provided, and more. Our records show that you received the product just 2 weeks ago, in most cases this is not enough time. Homeopathic products are safe to use but need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. In severe cases you can double the dosage for a few days and see how your dog responds to that.
